§ 94.04 PAYMENT OF COSTS.

The Village Treasurer shall bill the person or persons responsible for intentionally or negligently depositing hazardous materials, substances, or waste for which the village incurs cleanup costs. Payment of the bill shall be due and payable within 30 days of the postmark of the statement.
