§ 94.02 CLEANUP OF HAZARDOUS WASTE.

The cleanup of hazardous materials, substances, and waste shall be the responsibility of the person who produced, used, transported, or consumed same. Hazardous materials, substances, and waste shall not be disposed of within the village, or allowed to be collected, stored, or transported within the village without written approval of the Village President or the Fire Chief.
