(A) All members who serve on any board or commission of the village shall attend eight hours of continuing education approved by the Village Council. Said education shall consist of an orientation session and an enhancement session.
(B) Said eight hours shall be obtained for every two years of service.
(C) This section is for the health, safety, and welfare of the village and for the specific police purpose of allowing for orderly processes, with results which are enforceable.
