§ 111.06  HORSE CARRIAGE STANDS.
   The Village Council has established a horse drawn vehicle stand on the east side of North Main Street at 10 North Main. Horse drawn vehicles shall be restricted to a space 50 feet north of the intersection of North Street and North Main Street.
