§ 110.07 PERMITS DURING SAUERKRAUT FESTIVAL.

During the second full weekend of October of each year that the state’s Sauerkraut Festival remains in existence, the village shall not issue any permits for garage sales, temporary businesses, or any other event that would substantially impair or impede the success of the state’s Sauerkraut Festival.
