(A) Application for such sale shall be made to the Village Manager or his or her designee on the forms provided for such purpose during normal business hours, prior to the first day of sale.
(B) Application for such licenses shall be submitted to and be approved by the Village Manager or his or her designee after payment of a fee as established by Village Council. The Village Manager may exempt from such fees any bona fide charitable, religious, or nonprofit organization.
(C) Every permittee conducting a garage sale/home sale shall keep posted in a prominent place, upon the licensed premises, the permit certificate and shall exhibit the same upon request.
(D) The garage sale permit fee shall be as set forth by the village’s fee schedule, as adopted by reference in § 36.05.
