(A) No person or corporation shall conduct a garage sale/home sale within a residential zoning district or in or upon a residence premises in any other zoning district in the village without first obtaining a permit from the Village Manager or his or her designee.
(B) No person who has obtained a permit shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
(C) No garage sale/home sale shall be conducted on a property more than twice during a calendar year.
