§ 110.02 INTENT.

(A) It is the intent of this chapter to regulate, restrict, and control garage sales/home sales conducted on residence premises within the village corporate limits.

(B) It is not the intent of this chapter to prevent sales by bona fide charitable, religious, or nonprofit organizations.
