§ 94.121  SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT APPLICATION.
   (A)   No person shall conduct a special event unless the sponsor of the event obtains a special event permit from the Village Manager. Such application shall be on a form provided by the Village Manager, as such form may be amended from time to time.
   (B)   A sponsor must make an application for a special event permit to the Village Manager following the guidelines no later than below:
 
One block or less, no intersection
30 days prior to event
One intersection and not more than two blocks
60 days prior to event
Three or more blocks and two or more intersections
90 days prior to event
 
   (C)   It is advisable for the event organizer to check with the Village Safety Director and Village Manager as soon as, and with as many details as are known at the time to assure the requirements necessary to meet these estimated times can be granted. Actual deadlines for any application shall ultimately fall to the Village Manager and the Safety Director who may require more or less time based solely on their discretion.
   (D)   All information provided on the application shall be complete and truthful. If, prior to the event, the sponsor of the event changes any of the information required herein such that the special event would require additional village services or approval from any other department, the sponsor of the event must submit an amended application to the Village Manager in compliance with the time requirements determined by the Village Manager.
