The Village Council authorizes and hereby directs the Village Finance Director, in accordance with state law, to establish and adopt policies and procedures for the issuance of blanket purchase orders by the village subject to a monetary limit not to exceed $190,000 or the appropriated amount of said category of expenditure for the involved department, whichever is less.
