§ 31.05  STREET MAINTENANCE WORKER.
   (A)   A full-time position of street maintenance worker shall become a position within the village.
   (B)   This section is necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of the village and for the specific purpose of providing needed labor to the village for projects that have been determined to be necessary to be completed.
