(A) The position of Plant Operator for the village’s water and sewer plant be established. The pay scale and job description attached to the ordinance codified herein and marked as exhibit “A” is approved for this position.
(B) The creation of this position is necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of the village and for the specific purpose that additional manpower is needed to have trained staff available for current use, as well as being trained to assume additional responsibilities for eventual retirement of current employees.
