(A) The village hereby creates the position of Code Enforcement Officer.
(B) The job description for the position of Code Enforcement Officer, as attached to Ordinance 97-109 and as may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference and shall be treated as if set forth in full herein.
(C) It is specifically set forth by this section that it is the intention of the Village Council that the creation of the position of Code Enforcement Officer shall be a part-time position not to exceed 20 hours per week with an hourly salary as established by the Village Council. The time records to be maintained by the Code Enforcement Officer shall be consistent with the recommendations of the Village Manager and the Village Finance Director.
