(B) The Police Department, in conjunction with the Street Maintenance Department, is hereby instructed to install the appropriate signage providing for “No Parking” as herein designated.
(C) The Police Department is hereby authorized to enforce such “No Parking” prohibition in accordance with the applicable sections of this code of ordinances.
(D) The owner and/or operator of any vehicle found parking in violation of this schedule shall be issued a citation in conformance with this code and fined in accordance with this code.
