(A) It shall be illegal to park a vehicle in a private driveway in such a manner so as to block the public sidewalk. The village’s Police Department is hereby authorized to issue a parking citation for illegal parking if a vehicle is parked in such a manner so as to block the sidewalk which serves as the public method of pedestrian travel.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a violation of blocking sidewalks with a vehicle, a minor misdemeanor, punishable pursuant to § 70.99.
