§ 70.14  VISION BARRIERS ON CORNER LOTS.
   (A)   For the purposes of aiding traffic safety, no owner of a corner lot in the village shall maintain any shrubbery, wall, or other obstruction on such corner lot in a manner which constitutes a vision barrier to traffic.
   (B)   The Department of Safety shall inspect, or cause to be inspected, every intersection in the village to determine whether a vision barrier exists. If a vision barrier is found on a corner lot, the Department of Safety shall report this fact to the owner of such lot. If the vision barrier is not corrected to comply with this section within ten days after such notice, the owner shall be deemed to be in violation of this section.
