§ 50.100 WATER SERVICE CHARGES.

(A) Water service charges shall be billed for any building, enterprise, or residence to which water service is provided, either directly or indirectly.

(B) Water rates shall be in accordance with the rates established by the village. A list of all water service charges and associated billing charges are enumerated in §§ 50.120 through 50.124.
