§ 50.066  TRASH COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL.
   (A)   The village provides for trash collection and disposal for village residents by contract. Trash collection and disposal shall be in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
   (B)   All persons, their successors and assigns, availing themselves of trash collection and disposal services provided by the village by contract agree to be bound by the provisions of the contract.
