Every occupant of a structure or part thereof shall dispose of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner by placing it in an adequate container. Those customers receiving trash service provided by the village by contract shall use only the containers as specified in the contract and approved by the village. Each structure shall be provided a separate container(s).
