(A) No person, other than an authorized agent of the village, shall attempt to make any type of connection to a sanitary sewer without permission of the village. Whoever violates this prohibition shall be punished as provided in § 50.999, and such violation shall also constitute due cause for discontinuance of sanitary sewer service.
(B) No act shall be permitted that would hamper or restrict in any way the normal function of the sewerage system.
