No person shall discharge, or cause to be discharged directly or indirectly, any substances, materials, waters, or wastes into the sanitary sewer which can harm either the sanitary sewers, waste water treatment process or equipment, have an adverse effect on the receiving stream or can otherwise endanger life, health, public property, constitute a nuisance, or that do not conform to the sewer use ordinance of the village (see Chapter 52 of these codified ordinances).
