§ 50.003  OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL.
   The water supply and sewerage systems of the village, including all appurtenances, are under the operation and control of the village and its authorized agents and employees. Such authority shall include control of all phases and fixtures of the systems to the ultimate point of metered consumption or from the point of usage.
