§ 114.14 SHORT-TERM RENTAL PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500. Upon subsequent convictions, the penalty shall be an unclassified misdemeanor, but the guilty party shall be fined not more than $1,000, in addition to any other penalties as imposed by this chapter.
