Snow emergencies will be classified as follows.
(A) Level 1. Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads may also be icy. Drive cautiously.
(B) Level 2. Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow, or ice. Unnecessary travel on the roadways should be curtailed. Employees should contact their employer to determine if it is necessary to report to work.
(C) Level 3. Roadways are closed to non-emergency personnel. Unnecessary travel on the roadways is prohibited. Employees should contact their employer to determine if it is necessary to report to work.
