§ 37.45  AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The Safety Director shall have the authority to declare a snow emergency in the village, with prior notification provided to the Village Manager before each declaration.
   (B)   The Safety Director shall have the authority to order the removal of parked vehicles from designated snow emergency routes when snowfall accumulation exceeds, or is expected to exceed, two inches in a 24-hour period.
   (C)   The Safety Director shall have the authority to order the removal of vehicles parked on any street in the village as necessary to ensure public safety and efficient snow removal operations.
