§ 36.44 ONEOHIO MOU FUND 2903.

(B) All OneOhio MOU funds received shall be placed in the OneOhio MOU Fund 2903, Opioid Settlement Fund. Monies deposited in this fund shall be used only for the approved purposes as required by the OneOhio MOU.
