§ 36.43 ARP FUND 2152.
   (A)   The ARP Fund 2152 is hereby established in the village treasury.
   (B)   All ARP funds received shall be placed in ARP Fund 2152. Monies deposited in this fund shall be used only for the purposes permitted pursuant to state and federal law.
