(A) For purposes of this section, the Covey Water Main shall be defined as that portion of the public water line beginning at the Covey Pumping Station located at 1395 Lytle Road, proceeding down Lytle Road to Ferry Road, and then down Ferry Road to the end of the water main line located at 9827 Ferry Road.
(B) In order to preserve the safety and maintenance of the village water system, whenever a connection is made to the Covey Water Main, the individual or developer making such connection shall be required to replace 100 feet of the Covey Water Main on either side of such connection, for a total replacement of 200 feet.
(C) The line replacement requirements of division (B) of this section shall only apply for connections that are intended to serve more than one residential unit or any commercial building.
(D) The requirements of this section shall be in addition to any and all other provisions required by this Code.
