§ 36.42  FUND B05.
   (A)   A new fund shall be established to be known as Fund B05 (Federal Grants).
   (B)   All monies received from federal grants shall be deposited in said Fund.
   (C)   The Finance Director is hereby authorized to make deposits to and distribute funds from said Fund for any lawful purpose under the terms of the relevant grants.
