§ 36.40  FUND B-06.
   (A)   A new fund shall be established to be known as Fund B-06 (State of Ohio Grants).
   (B)   All monies received from state grants shall be deposited in said Fund.
   (C)   The Finance Director is hereby authorized to make deposits to and distribute funds from said Fund for any lawful purpose under the terms of the relevant grants.
