§ 36.39  H03 WATER TAP ESCROW AGENCY FUND.
   (A)   A new fund shall be established to be known as Fund H03 Water Tap Escrow Agency Fund.
   (B)   The Finance Director is hereby authorized to manage and distribute funds from said Fund for any lawful purpose associated with the Fund.
