(A) A new fund shall be established to be known as Fund F 01 Internal Services Fund for the village’s Employee Health Reimbursement Program.
(B) The Finance Director is hereby authorized to manage and distribute funds from said Fund for any lawful purpose.
(C) This Fund will be established by the transfer of $5,000 from the General Fund A 01 to Fund F 01, Internal Service Fund.
(D) To maintain the balance of $5,000 in the F 01 Internal Service Fund, monies from one or more funds will be transferred as appropriate.
