§ 36.36  SPECIAL REVENUE FUND 2905.
   (A)   The Mayor’s Court Computerization Fund - Special Reserve Fund 2905 is hereby established in the village treasury.
   (B)   Monies deposited in this Fund shall be disbursed upon an order of the court and subject to an appropriation by Village Council in an amount no greater than the actual cost to the court of procuring and maintaining computer systems and making available computerized legal research services for the Mayor’s Court.
