§ 152.029  SPECIAL PROCEDURES FOR MINOR SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   A minor subdivision may be approved for recording by the Village Manager without referral to the Planning Commission or Village Council, provided that all appropriate requirements of this chapter are met and the minor subdivision plan has received a favorable review by the Village Engineer. Where there are any unusual conditions associated with a proposed subdivision, the minor subdivision shall be forwarded to the Planning Commission for review and approval.
   (B)   Minor subdivisions presented to the Commission shall include such information as contained in §§ 152.046 and 152.047 as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Commission and the Village Manager.
   (C)   Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Director under this section shall have the right to appeal the decision to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals by filing a written appeal within ten days of the decision.
   (D)   Any minor subdivision approved by the Village Manager according to this section shall be reported to the Commission at its first meeting following the date of the approval.
