§ 152.010  CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
   Where conflicts exist between requirements of this Subdivision Code and other ordinances adopted by the Village Council, the most strict interpretation as interpreted by the Village Manager shall apply and thereby supersede the less strict requirements.
