§ 34.04  STRATEGIC PLAN ADOPTED.
   (A)   The Strategic Plan for the Waynesville Police Department, submitted by the Planning Task Force, is hereby adopted by reference and shall be treated as if set forth in full herein.
   (B)   The purpose of the adopted Strategic Plan is to bring order and advice to the Police Department and to allow for the best possible Police Department.
