There is hereby created the position of Village Fiscal Officer, a full-time position in the Village government. The Village Fiscal Officer shall be responsible for performing all of the duties of the Clerk-Treasurer as set forth in Ohio law and/or the ordinances of the Village. The Village Fiscal Officer shall be required to attend all regular and special Council meetings; attend any and all training and seminars required by the Ohio State Auditor as well as any required continuing education classes; and shall keep office hours as established from time to time by Council.
