133.01 ESTABLISHED.

(a) The position of Village Administrator is hereby created.

(b) The Village Administrator shall be directly responsible to the Mayor and shall carry out any and all lawful commands of said Mayor that pertain to the functions of Village Administrator.

(c) The Village Administrator shall do any and all work pertaining to the maintaining, installation and functions of the Village water works and supply systems.

(d) The Village Administrator shall maintain, repair and install village streets, alleys and public grounds within the Village.
