123.01 POSTING PLACES.

(a) All ordinances, resolutions, and public notices shall be posted for the purpose of publication and legal notice at the following locations in the Village:

(1) Wayne Public Library.

(2) U.S. Post Office.

(3) Main Attraction.

(4) A-Tech Automotive.

(5) Village Hall.

(b) The Fiscal Officer is hereby directed to post all ordinances, resolutions, and public notices at the above named locations to comply with the publication requirements of the Ohio Revised Code.
