(a) No trucks that are equipped with more than six (6) wheels shall be driven on or over the streets, alleys, and other public ways within the corporate limits of the Village, except on State Route #281, Maple Street and Center Street.
(b) Any trucks making delivery of goods and/or materials to any business establishments or making delivery of household goods to private residents in the Village may use any of the Village streets or alleys.

(c) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a subsequent violation.
