171.01 CLERK OF MAYOR’S COURT.

(a) The position of Village Mayor’s Court Clerk is hereby created, effective as of October 1, 2018.

(b) The Village Mayor’s Court Clerk shall fulfill all of the duties and obligations incumbent of that office as set forth in the laws and rules of the State of Ohio, the Supreme Court of Ohio, and the Village of Wayne.

(d) The Clerk shall be appointed the Mayor, in his sole discretion, and shall serve at the Mayor’s pleasure. (Ord. 12-18-720. Passed 12-19-18.)
