145.33 ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW OF EMPLOYEES.

Once per calendar year, the Administrative Committee of Council [or Council's designee(s)] shall conduct a review of every employee's performance, compliance with these provisions, and compensation. Thereupon, said Committee or designee(s) shall report to Council all such evaluations and any recommendations regarding compensation, discipline, and/or continued employment.
