(a) Stop Street Designated. The operator of a vehicle shall stop in obedience to a stop sign at an intersection where a stop sign is erected, and shall yield the right of way to all other vehicles not so obliged to stop. The driver of a vehicle proceeding on any street designated in this section as a stop street shall come to a full stop before proceeding to cross the corresponding intersecting street designated in this section as the right of way street, and in any case shall not proceed until it is safe to do so.

(b) The Village Administrator, or his designee, shall be charged with erecting and maintaining traffic control devices at all intersections designated herein.
