145.24 UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS.

Full-time employees of the Village may be eligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits from the State of Ohio. The decision of the award of such benefits lies solely in the discretion of the State of Ohio and shall require no action on behalf of the Village.
