Any house trailer and/or mobile home installed within the corporate limits of the Village shall be supported by a a concrete slab at least four (4) inches thick with the slab dimensions at least equal to the length and width of the house trailer and/or mobile home, and must be skirted if a space exists between the slab and the bottom of the house trailer and/or mobile home.
