Any person violating any of the rules and regulations set forth in this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor upon the first offense hereunder and for each subsequent offense within a one (1) year period, said person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Further, officers, agents and officials of the Village may immediately remove or cause to be removed any person found violating any regulation. No person shall fail to leave park land upon such an order and said person failing, neglecting or refusing to leave park lands shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the first (1st ) degree.
