925.09 CONFLICTS.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as being less restrictive than applicable regulations of the Ohio EPA, U.S. EPA, or the Wood County Department of Health. In the case that any of these regulations are in conflict with this chapter, the more restrictive of these regulations shall apply.
