925.01 SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT.

There is hereby created a sewer district within the Village of Wayne to be known as the Wayne Sanitary Sewer District, which district is to include the land within the corporation limits of said Village. (Ord. 4-96-515. Passed 4-24-96.)
