(a) All real property owners of inhabited dwellings or buildings located on lands within the Village shall interconnect with the Village gray water sewer system mains within six months after the installation and acceptance of the gray water sewer system by the Village.
(b) All real property owners that build or erect any inhabitable dwelling or building within the Village following the installation and acceptance of the gray water sewer system shall not occupy, rent, lease or otherwise allow any person or persons to inhabit said dwelling or building unless said dwelling or building is first interconnected with the Village gray water system system.
(c) All real property owners of inhabited or inhabitable dwellings or buildings on lands within the Village who fail to interconnect with the Village gray water sewer system within the time period stated in this ordinance shall be deemed to have given authorization and permission to said Village to allow the Village to have said dwelling or building interconnected to said gray water sewer system and the costs of said interconnection to be certified to the Wood County Auditor to be added to said owner’s real estate tax duplicate.
