905.08 PLANTING AND MAINTENANCE OF TREELAWNS.

No person shall plant, prune, brace, cable, spray or otherwise perform work on a tree in a tree lawn or other public property without first obtaining the prior written approval of the Tree Commission. (Ord. 4-5-603. Passed 4-20-05.)
